About Me
I am a devoted yoga therapist with over 18 years of experience in the practice. I hold a Yoga Therapist Certification Training of 500 hours from Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Center, India. My own post-childbirth recovery illuminated the incredible potential of yoga in nurturing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With my experience spanning accross multiple yoga studios, wellness clinics, and gyms - both in Canada and abroad - I'm fueled by the belief that yoga fosters mindfulness and transformation.
My distinctive approach lies in my genuine passion for facilitating positive change. I'm a firm advocate that yoga cultivates self-awareness, mindfulness, and joy in the present.
