About Me

My journey into yoga therapy and psychotherapy developed from a deep interest in understanding the connection between the mind and body. Through both academic training and personal experience, I recognized that many physical and psychological challenges are interconnected. This led me to pursue a path that integrates yoga, psychology, and holistic healing approaches. My work allows me to support individuals in managing stress, anxiety, trauma, and chronic conditions through safe, evidence-based, and personalized practices that promote long-term well-being.

My work integrates both traditional yogic knowledge and psychological principles into simple, practical, and accessible sessions tailored to each individual. I bring a strong foundation in research and clinical experience, which helps me design safe and effective interventions for diverse conditions such as stress, chronic pain, and trauma. At the same time, I prioritize creating a grounded and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable progressing at their own pace. My focus is not only on symptom relief, but on helping individuals build long-term self-regulation and resilience.
