About Me
I’ve always had a passion for trying to understand people and help them feel seen. After spending seven years in law enforcement, I realized that the part of the job that meant the most to me was connecting with people. Hearing their stories, seeing their humanity, and recognizing that at the end of the day, we all just want to be understood. I also know firsthand how powerful it is to have representation in the mental health space. Seeing someone who looks like you and gets your experience can make all the difference, and I wanted to be that for others.
My background in law enforcement and work with Victim Services gave me firsthand experience supporting people in crisis, particularly those affected by trauma; PTSD, and complex trauma. I’ve seen how deeply these experiences impact people’s lives, and I’m passionate about creating a space where they feel safe, heard, and validated. With specialized training in trauma therapy, I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help clients process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing. More than anything, I want people to know they’re not alone—that their pain is real, but so is their capacity to heal.
